De nieuwe namen ademen punkrock, hiphop, singer-songwriter, soul, rap en meer geweldigs. Twee keer nieuw voor de openingsdag van het festival, donderdag 29 juni:Xavier Rudd en Whitney. Eén toevoeging voor vrijdag 30 juni: Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats – terug wegens vorig jaar oh zo goed. Jimmy Eat World en Machine Gun Kelly komen op zaterdag 1 juli naar Werchter. Tourist LeMCen G-Eazy tenslotte worden op zondag 2 juli in het Festivalpark verwacht. Snel weer meer.

Rock Werchter 2017 vindt plaats van donderdag 29 juni tot zondag 2 juli in het Festivalpark in Werchter. De dagtickets voor zaterdag 1 juli en de dagtickets voor zondag 2 juli zijn uitverkocht.
